I found the subject matter fascinating and compelling because of the fact that some of it was based on true stories. This series of films from director Francis Ford Coppola has become such a part of the American film experience that everytime a new Mafia related film is released, it is almost a given that the film will be compared to The Godfather. Rightly so, I must add, these films are great pieces of filmmaking and have become classics in their own genre. fabulous romantic comedy starring Oscar winner Julia Roberts and Hugh Grant.
The two are from different sides of the world but can they find romance with
each other despite the hectic background of an A-list movie star and a quiet
bookshop owner. Both Roberts and Grant shine in their roles as Anna Scott
and William Thacker as a couple who must overcome the pressures of the media
and the pressures of a relationship. This is film is wonderful and is a
must-see!
